Regatta Capital is considering a non-binding indicative bid in the range of A$1.0 billion to A$1.2 billion for Lincoln Place, subject to due diligence.

Lincoln Place is an Australian land lease communities platform focused on over-50s downsizers, with communities across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT.

Housing and communities built for long-term demand

Regatta’s interest centres on the potential to combine an established land lease operating platform with a pipeline of new homes and a more efficient housing delivery model.

The development pipeline could provide a multi-year order book for prefabricated housing production. This may support factory utilisation, reduce reliance on external customers and improve the consistency and speed of housing delivery.

Any investment would be assessed against the quality of the existing communities, the development pipeline, delivery costs, operating performance and the financial position of the business.

Next steps

The potential proposal remains subject to due diligence. No completed acquisition or binding transaction is announced in this draft.
